Chayotes Au Gratin With Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk (1.5 pounds)
  • 1 Tbsp. *Powdered chicken consommé
  • 2 Pieces Skinless, boneless, cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 2 Pieces Green, black, spiked or cambray chayote, halved lengthwise.
  • 1 Cup Grated manchego cheese or the one of your preference for gratin.
