Stuffed Chayote
Ingredients:
- 3 cooked green, black or cambray chayotes halved and split lengthwise.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 piece onion cut in half moons.
- 7 oz of ham cut in strips.
- 1 can of heavy cream.
- 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder.
- 1 cup grated Manchego cheese.

Procedure:
- Preheated oven at 350 F
