Chayote Mold With Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of reduced-fat butter.
- 1/4 piece of sliced onion.
- 1 can of heavy cream.
- 1 teaspoon white pepper.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 4 Chayotes cooked and sliced.
- 12 Slices of turkey ham.
- 7 oz of shredded light manchego cheese.

Procedure:
- Preheat oven at 350F
- Heat the butter and fry the onion until transparent, blend the previous preparation with the media crema, pepper and salt.
